We are an official NFL Flag Football Program for our Division I, II, III, IV and Girls Flag leagues! 

Division 1: Grades k-2 - Saturday afternoons/evenings (4pm or 5pm)
Division 2:  Grades 3-5 - Sunday mornings (8am, 9am, 10am, or 11am)
Division 3:  Grades 6-8 - Sunday late mornings/afternoons (12pm, 1pm, 2pm)
Division 4: Grades 9-12 - Saturday evenings (8pm, 9pm)
Girls Flag: Grades 6-12 - Saturday evenings (5pm, 6pm or 7pm)

We do everything we can to remain consistent with schedules.  Weather, illness, and facility access play significant roles in dictating any changes. 

*Full team registrations are not permitted for Division's I, II, and III and Girls Flag (like Little League). Players will be placed on teams by League Coordinators and in consultation with coaches with the primary goal of ensuring evenly matched teams and for the best possible experience for all players.  For those that register for session II, teams will be the same/similar as Session I teams--players will stay on their teams where practicable. 

Rates (Per person):  $129 early bird registration until 10/24, $139 from 10/25-11/1,all registrations require a $25 annual membership* (good through 8/2026). Rates include an NFL Flag jersey and flags (one set per indoor season).

*Membership:  Each player is required to have an annual Adirondack Coast Membership ($25/year) and comes with an Adirondack Coast Sports t-shirt.  This is an additional charge and is taken care of in the registration process.  If you play with us during Session I, your membership will be valid for Session II, and for our outdoor season as well (and any new programs we may start in that timeframe).  It works for both flag and soccer, if your player wants to play both.
