NFL Flag Football - we are an official NFL Flag Football Program for our Division I, II, III, IV and Girls Flag leagues!

Rates include an NFL jersey (one per season) and flags for Divisions I, II, III, IV and Girls Flag.

*Full team registrations are not permitted for Division's I, II, and III and Girls Flag (similar to Little League). Players will be placed on teams by League Coordinators and in consultation with coaches with the primary goal of ensuring evenly matched teams and for the best possible experience for all players. For those that register for session II, teams will be the same/similar as Session I teams--players will stay on their teams where practicable.

*Membership: Each player is required to have an annual Adirondack Coast Membership ($20/year, valid until 9/1/2024). This is an additional charge and is taken care of in the registration process. If you play with us during the Session I, your membership will be valid for Session II, and for our outdoor soccer season as well (an any new programs we may start in that timeframe). It works for both flag and soccer, if your player wants to play both.

Given the shorter seasons and limited facility, schedule changes will be extremely limited. Please review the dates and times of our different leagues before registering.
Reschedules are not guaranteed and may result in a forfeit loss of 0-3. No-shows will be considered a forfeit. If time/space is available to reschedule, the option to do so will be at the discretion of the team not requesting the initial change.
Adirondack Coast Sports will check rosters before every game. Any game with a player found who is not listed on the team roster can be deemed as a forfeit.
Teams may have a game on an alternate day to keep leagues competitive.
Each player must purchase their Adirondack Coast Sports Membership BEFORE their first game and/or practice.
There is a Code of Conduct for all spectators, coaches, and participants. Adirondack Coast Sports reserves the right to suspend, ban, or discipline anyone who behaves in a manner that Adirondack Coast Sports deems unacceptable.
All red cards will be subject to review to determine the length of the suspension. At a minimum, the recipient will be ejected from the game in which the card was given AND sit out the following game. If a player is on more than one team, they may be suspended for one (1) week or longer, depending on the severity of the incident.
