NFL Flag Football -  we are an official NFL Flag Football Program for our Division I, II, III, IV and Girls Flag leagues! 

Rates include an NFL jersey (one per season) and flags for Divisions I, II, III, IV and Girls Flag.

*Full team registrations are not permitted for Division's I, II, and III and Girls Flag (similar to Little League). Players will be placed on teams by League Coordinators and in consultation with coaches with the primary goal of ensuring evenly matched teams and for the best possible experience for all players.  For those that register for session II, teams will be the same/similar as Session I teams--players will stay on their teams where practicable.  

Cost (Per person):  $115 early bird registration until 10/7, $120 from 10/8-10/24, $130 from 10/25-11/1, all registrations require $20 annual membership (good through 9/2025).

*Membership:  Each player is required to have an annual Adirondack Coast Membership ($20/year, valid until 9/1/2025).  This is an additional charge and is taken care of in the registration process.  If you play with us during the Session I, your membership will be valid for Session II, and for our outdoor soccer season as well (an any new programs we may start in that timeframe).  It works for both flag and soccer, if your player wants to play both.
