Outdoor Soccer 2026

The Adirondack Coast Outdoor Soccer League and Regional Championship Tournament returns for 2026!

Adirondack Coast Sports is proud to present the region's best spring sports opportunities on the Adirondack Coast! We will continue the success of our MLSGO outdoor soccer league for U6 (instructional), U8, U10, U12 and U14 athletes this Spring as well as to continue the success of the popular SoccerMoms! League and our Adult Coed "Mortgage" Soccer League (for those over 30 who, you know, want to have fun, play real soccer, and get up the next day and pay the mortgage).

All the action takes place at SUNY Plattsburgh's turf soccer field from the last week of April to June 19th. We are looking forward to another great season in 2026!

Tentative Days and Times*:
U6 - Mondays 5:15
U8- Games on Mondays at 5:15pm, 6:15pm, or 7:15pm - Practice days: As scheduled by coaches-usually Wednesdays
U10-Games on Tuesdays at 5:15pm, 6:15pm, or 7:15pm - Practice days: As scheduled by coaches--usually Thursdays
U12- Games on Wednesdays (6:15pm, 7:15pm, or 8:15), occasional Tuesdays (7:15pm, 8:15pm) - Practice days: As scheduled by coaches--usually Thursdays or Fridays
U14 - Games on Mondays (7:15pm) or Thursdays (6:15pm, 7:15pm), occasional Tuesdays if needed (8:15pm) - Practice days: As scheduled by coaches--usually Tuesdays or Fridays
SoccerMoms! - Fridays
Mortgage League - Weekdays, 8:15pm

*This is tentative. SUNY always has final say about the schedule for their field and they have multiple obligations to their students and the region. We'll do everything we can to stay consistent because we know it's important for busy families to plan. Still, things like weather, available field time, number of team registrations, and other factors will also determine the schedule.

Adult Outdoor Soccer Registration 2026

Adirondack Coast Sports is offering SoccerMoms! and the Mortgage League (Adult Coed soccer for those over 30 that have to get up the next day and pay the mortgage!)

TEAM CAPTAINS/COACHES - How it works:

register your team and get a TEAM CODE.
EMAIL the TEAM CODE to your players
Players will register through that link on the email, input the team code when asked, and pay associated fees. They will automatically be rostered on the team.

Players - How it works:

Make sure you get the TEAM CODE from your team captain/coach.
Once you do, you can register at the link they emailed, or, you can click on the appropriate link below and register--just make sure you put in the team code when asked.
