Refund Policy

Refund Policy:  As a general rule, refunds are not issued--registration for a program can often mean that another team or child is unable to play.  Refunds may be issued by Management but only in extenuating circumstances.  Refunds will be pro-rated and based on the remaining session minus necessary expenses incurred. 

Partial or Pro-rated refunds of team fees and individual fees will be issued if the facility is permanently shut down due to COVID-19 by any governmental agency or Elevate518, LLC. If the facility is temporarily shut down, management will restructure or reconstitute league play based on the conditions at the time.
