Adirondack Coast Sports is now hiring for Sports Leaders in both Soccer and Flag Football!
Adirondack Coast Sports is looking for sports-minded individuals who know the value of enriching people's lives through sport. Ideal candidates will have sport-specific knowledge in soccer, flag-football, or additional sport-related experience that can contribute to positive experiences for our athletes from U6 through adult, during our indoor or outdoor seasons in Plattsburgh, NY.
Sport Leaders will provide safe and fun sports league play for children and adults by professionally initiating league play in a fair and responsible manner.
Duties Include :
- Roster checks
- Officiating youth and/or adult games
- Coaching/instructing youth teams
- Welcoming patrons
- Open/close duties
- Move equipment (set up fields)
- Basic clean-up and equipment maintenance
- Be a Customer Service Representative at ALL TIMES!
- Navigate website and facility management software to handle customer questions and registration
An ideal candidate for this job will have these qualities:
- Customer service experience
- Outgoing personality

- Organized
- Be able to perform in a fast paced environment

- Patient
- Sport-minded with related sport-specific experience
- Schedule Flexibility
- Reliable Transportation
Compensation - $18 hourly with convenient weekday evening shifts from late October 2026 through June 2027.
We also welcome diligent, conscientious and energetic individuals who are seeking their first employment experience.
However, reliable transportation and schedule consistency is required.
