In the event that weather or other issues force us to cancel scheduled events, games or practices, we will take the following steps:
We will cancel as soon as possible to give teams as much notice as possible. On weekdays with snow (i.e. school snow days), we aim to make decisions by 3pm.
Once a game or program is determined to be cancelled, we will send out an email to everyone enrolled in our system and also post the cancellation on our Facebook page.
Cancellations will be rescheduled as soon as possible. Occasionally we encounter conflicting schedules, time constraints or other events that prevent rescheduling games. In such cases, we reserve the right to not reschedule, but we will only do this if absolutely necessary.
